Clos de Tsampéhro is a blend of ten grape varieties from which we make four cuvées. Three are blends and one is a more confidential Completer cuvée.

Clos de Tsampéhro Red


Tasting notes

A very complex wine with notes of red and black fruit, from morello cherry to blackberry, with elegant hints of coffee and cocoa. The tannins are supple and integrated, but add structure and intensity to this wine. Ideal for a fine piece of red meat.

Tasting notes

An astonishing wine with power, finesse and great complexity. The texture is creamy, the tannins subtle and refined, but they add volume and structure to the wine. It has a myriad of aromas, from black plum to redcurrant and gingerbread spice, which carry through to the very long finish.

Tasting notes

A complex, concentrated white wine combining notes of ripe peaches, honey, acacia flowers and a hint of tropical fruit such as ripe pineapple and mango. Barrel ageing gives it subtle notes of bourbon vanilla and sweet spices. Thanks to the stirring of the lees, the wine has a velvety texture and biscuit notes underlined by a hint of brioche. The finish is very long and the wine will become more complex over time.

Tasting notes

Our Brut is made using the traditional method. The second disgorgement of our 2018 vintage, Edition VIII was aged for 5 years on laths, giving it magnificent notes of brioche and pastry. The Arvine offers notes of white flowers, the Chardonnay of lemon and the Pinot Noir a certain vinosity that makes it a fine gourmet bubbly. Its high acidity is chiselled and adds elegance and freshness.

Tasting notes

A wine of immense complexity, with notes of bergamot, preserved lemon, citron, vanilla and nutmeg. 

This is a powerful wine with plenty of volume and fatness, yet its very high acidity balances everything out perfectly. The finish is very persistent. We recommend that you enjoy it with white truffle risotto, Bresse poularde with a creamy mushroom sauce or a fillet of sea bream with beurre blanc.

The spirits of Tsampéhro


Cornalin eau-de-vie; a dry spirit with aromas of coffee, roasted cocoa and toast. For lovers of grappa and armagnac.


Liqueur de Cornalin; a slightly sweet spirit with aromas of dried figs, caramel and beautiful floral notes. For fans of sweet Willamine and Amaretto.
